Interact Hr Consultants commenced in July 1994. The focus of the Company is to assist organizations to add value to Human Resource at a minimal cost. We ensure a right fit of candidate vis a vis our clients to prevent Alpha Wrong Hiring and Beta Wrong Hiring i.e.

  • For technical recruitment (primarily international & senior assignments) we have on our panel various senior level associates from different domains.
  • The Associates who help facilitate recruitments across various cities in India (Amritsar, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmadabad, Jaipur,Goa, Baroda etc.) and are also involved in the initial screening of candidates when required.

Methodology

Our work methodology is to find people for jobs not jobs for people. All candidate CVs’ are objectively screened and then refined further on criteria such as experience, education,salary,designation/position, location, cultural fitment and willingness to change. Once a shortlist has been arrived at then only we forward the same to the client. We never forward candidates based solely on their availability or desperation to change.
